Refund & Exchange Policy

At Passyones, we want you to shop with confidence.

• Exchange and return are available within 14 days from receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.

• Inspection before payment is available upon delivery.

• If the customer refuses the order without any issue with the product, shipping fees may apply.

• Exchange or return requests are subject to a 100 EGP shipping fee.

• Exchange or return requests are processed within 7 days from the date of submitting the request.

• For any exchange or return request, please contact us first via Messenger before sending the item back.

• Refunds are processed only after the item is received and inspected.

• Items that are used, damaged, or returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
